I think one of my biggest strengths is my strong work ethic. When I meet a deadline, I do my best to complete the task at hand. For example, last week we received an additional project that needed to be completed in a short amount of time. At the meeting, we were asked to complete the project before the deadline. I spent extra hours at home to complete this assignment. I just submitted the project yesterday, and literally I was the first one to submit it. All my colleagues, together with the head of the department, appreciated my work.
