What’s your greatest weakness?

This is one of the toughest and most frequently asked interview questions.

The interviewer is trying to figure out if your weakness will prevent you from doing a good job or fitting into an organization. Your answer to this question will help your employer to determine, whether you are qualified for the job or not.

Telling the interviewer that you have no weaknesses means that you are hiding something very bad. Don't you think that this is a sign of overconfidence? So avoid saying that you have no weaknesses at all.

A perfect candidate will mention weakness and turn it into a strength. It all depends on what you say to the interviewer. So be honest, but be as positive as possible.

To prepare for this question, check the job descriptions listed in the job posting and make sure your weakness is not related to any skills required for the job.
