Tell me Something which is not on your resume?

Sometimes interviewers want to go beyond what you shared with them on your resume in order to get a better idea of your background. Hiring managers ask this question to get an idea of your personality and character, not just your work experience and accomplishments. They’re also giving you a chance to tell them something that you have forgotten to mention in your resume.

The best way to answer this question is to highlight some important and positive points about yourself. Do not ask them back, " What do you want to know more about?” etc. You have to come up with something decent that will help you present yourself in the right light. DO NOT mention personal details like your family background UNLESS the interviewer asks for it. It takes unnecessary time, possibly distracts some interviewers, may be against some company policies, and is not one of the most important things you need to mention.

Try to be humorous, because if you can make your interviewer laugh at your expense then nothing can get better than that. If you have a set goal that you want to achieve within a certain period of time, then you can share it with the interviewer. It is also equally effective to share your idol, If you have someone in life that inspires you all the time, then you can share it with the interviewer

Answer:

I am currently applying for a weekend program for a postgraduate diploma at the Institute of Management. This aligns with my future ambition to become a senior M&A specialist, which could be useful in this position. This is not included in my resume, thanks.
