What type of people do you find it difficult to work with?

This is one of the toughest HR interview questions and is a little tricky to answer because you need to speak negatively about some group of people. Remember, never be negative if you don't have a solution to a problem. People are very different by nature. When you get started at the workplace for the first time, you are going to discover individuals with all different types of behavior and personalities. You can find a boring and interesting person at the same time. So, try to answer this question with the help of situations. If you are asked to answer with examples, think of that person as an example and then explain what you are doing to make an effort in a problem relationship.

Note - General Tips:

  • You must respond according to the situation.
  •  Focus on the work, not the personality.
  • Focus on resolving the situation in the best way possible for you.
  • Focus on understanding their point of view.
  • Focus on how hard it is to work with these people and what you are doing to get there.

Sample Answer 1:

I can handle a lot of people's personality traits, but I tend to get frustrated with people who pretend to be too smart and who never say what they mean or mean what they say. So Dishonest, manipulative controllers and arrogant are the most difficult to deal with on my part. The personality of each person is not easy to distinguish, working together only during the first weeks, but as time passes, I may understand more and deeper of his/her inside character and prepare myself.
